Veggie Art Flatbread

This is one of those ‘recipes’ that can be made with as many variations as there are people; choose the veggies you love and let your imagination run wild! This flat bread is not baked and a riff on the raw veggie pizza that was so popular several years ago – perfect for hot summer days when it’s too hot to cook and the garden is packed with beautiful vegetables.
