Hi Kamoy,
Thank you for your interest in our Hearth Baked Wraps. You can find out more about our wraps here. Select a variety, to find all of the nutritional info and ingredients.
How do I look about the wrap ?
We also love a nice chicken on a Gluten-Free Wrap – a healthy, easy meal. The secret to keeping them soft is heat. Considering the nature of a Gluten-Free bread product, you will find that our Gluten-Free Wraps aren’t as soft and flexible as our Hearth Baked Wraps. To make up for this, we recommend that you apply heat (in the microwave with a slightly damp paper towel or over medium heat in a large pan with a little oil or butter until warmed) will help to increase softness. A small amount of moisture helps to reduce crumbling or tearing.
Let us know how it works for you!
I really like these gluten-free wraps. Although I reseal the unused ones in the plastic bag they came in and refrigerate them, I find that they are cracking when I try to roll them up. Is there a solution to this?
I have enjoyed them with tuna and chicken salad inside and also smearing soft cream cheese on one and then adding sliced green olives, or smoked salmon and red onion.
