Toufayan Turkey Cranberry Pita

1 Toufayan Hearth Baked Classic White Pita
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
Leaf lettuce
pinch of salt/a few grinds of black pepper
3 leftover turkey (can sub with chicken)

Slice pita in half; gently open the pita, spread with mayonnaise and cranberry sauce

Line one side with lettuce leaves and add a layer of turkey
