Oh nooo I over-bought ! The wraps were buy 1 get 1 at my supermarket ! Soooo I purchased 4 different kinds, and CAN’T possibly eat them before the get “old tasting”!
CAN THEY BE FROZEN ???
No problem! Unopened packages can be frozen for up to eight months. If you do freeze opened packages, make sure to get as much air out of the package as you can and seal them tight before freezing. Wraps should be at room temperature or a little cooler before freezing. We recommend you lay them flat and uncovered in the coldest part of your freezer for at least two hours before moving them to another part of the freezer or stacking them on top of each other.
To defrost, leave them on the counter at room temperature for about 2 hours. Store defrosted wraps in a cool, dry place (like a breadbox). Defrosted wraps will stay fresh for the remining time of their shelf life prior to freezing.
