I looked on your website for the Sophia’s vanilla wafers and clicked on “where to buy”. It lists Publix, Kroger, and Amazon but when I search those sites I’m not finding the wafers. Do you ship from your company? We visited my parents in FL and they took us to your store and these vanilla wafers were the best I have ever eaten. Thank you for any information.
Thanks for your comment, and your visit to our store, Brian. Unfortunately, Sophia’s Cookies is not tracked in our store finder. We do not sell them on Amazon, and they are only available in select regions. I’ll comment further with more information if I find any distribution details outside of Florida.
Would you be able to accommodate a tour for our homeschool group? Our kids love factory tours and a commercial bakery would be amazing!
Hi Vicki,
Thanks for your question. Please contact our office directly to see if it is possible and make arrangements: (800)-328-7482.
Do you still make gluten free pita chips? I can’t find them in any of my local stores any more.
We’re sorry, but we’ve discontinued our Gluten Free Pita Chips line, and while we have worked on creating various Gluten Free Pita recipes, we currently don’t have plans of moving forward with any of them at this time. We do have a Gluten Free Chip recipe, made from our Gluten Free wraps: toufayan.com/recipes/gluten-free-chips.
I can’t find gluten free smart grain wraps anywhere! I’ve been to a zillion Publixes. I need gluten free and soy free (as most celiacs and MCAS/POTS people do, hint hint). Please make more soy free and gluten free foods!
Hi Susan, thanks for your comments. Supposedly, certain Publix in your area have them in stock (595 Piedmont Ave. NE, 905 Memorial Dr. SE, 1380 Atlantic Dr. NW). If you’ve tried these stores and still can’t find it, please let us know (and let your grocer know!), since we can see that Gluten Free Smart Grain Wraps were scanned in these stores in the last few weeks. You can check our store finder for more stores near you, or buy them on Amazon.
Do you make schiacciata breads?
Thanks for your question, Cheryl. We don’t make schiacciata bread, however, you can make your own version with our Hearth Baked Flatbread:
*Skip the sugar and the grapes and use cherry tomatoes for a savory twist.
Due to health issues, I must monitor ALL OILS. Do you have a oil-free tortilla, etc.
Thanks
We use soybean oil in our Tortillas and canola oil in our wraps. You can find detailed nutritional information for each variety and product from this page.
Has anybody there noticed that Instacart (provides online shopping for a number of grocery chains) is showing Toufayan pita as having 6000 mg. of sodium per serving? That is 250% of the Daily Value for sodium. Apparently they confused the actual 250 mg with the Daily Value . . . .
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Betty. We’ll attempt to reach out to Instacart and get them to update the info.
