Who knew Toufayan wraps could be sweet! This recipe is to satisfy those sweet cravings as a dessert after dinner or just as a quick treat. Click here for a video tutorial!

Toufayan Dessert Nacho Side recipe
Yields1 Serving
 4 Toufayan Wraps
 1 tbsp Melted Butter
 2 tbsp Cinnamon-Sugar (1 part cinnamon to 2 parts sugar)
 ¾ cup Canned Apple Pie Filling
 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream divided into 5 scoops
 ¼ cup Caramel Sauce
 3 tbsp Chopped Pecans

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Stack Gluten Free Wraps and cut across four times (down the middle, across, diagonal from the top right and diagonal from the top left.) You will be left with 8 slices making 24 ‘Nacho Chips.’

Brush both sides with melted butter; sprinkle both sides with cinnamon sugar and bake for 4-5 minutes or until chips are golden and crispy (note: chips will crisp as they cool).

Place cooled chips on a platter; layer with apple pie filling, scoops of ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans.

Serve immediately.
