Keto Pita Meat Lovers Dip
Creamy, delicious and the perfect Keto appetizer.
Make Keto pita chips by pre-heating oven to 400F.
Cut pita into quarters and split each quarter carefully. Lay in a baking sheet and spray liberally with olive oil spray. Bake in oven until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
In the meantime make dip by sautéing ground pork with oil until fully cooked. Set aside.
In a large saucepan melt butter on medium-high heat and sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Whisk in flour and cook until it begins to brown, about 2-3 minutes more. Whisk in milk and cook until it thickens slightly. Add in both shredded cheeses and cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy. Add in reserved cooked sausage.
Serve dip with Keto pita chips.
