Yields4 Servings
Ingredients
  cup brown sugar
 2 tsp cinnamon, divided
 4 Toufayan Bakeries flatbreads
½ stick butter, melted, plus more for greasing
 ½ cup whole milk
 2 egg yolks
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp granular sugar
 ½ tsp Kosher salt
For frosting
 3 oz cream cheese, softened
 ¼ cup butter, softened
 1 cup confectioners sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 pinch Kosher salt
Equipment needed: loaf pan
Directions
1

Pre-heat your oven to 350F and grease a standard loaf pan.

2

In a small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon.

3

Brush each flatbread heavily with melted butter and evenly sprinkle brown sugar on top. Tightly roll the flat bread into a long tube. Cut each tube into three pieces and tightly fit inside greased loaf pan. It’s ok if they start to unroll.

4

In a medium bowl whisk milk, egg yolks, vanilla, sugar and salt. Slowly pour on top of rolls in loaf pan so it absorbs the liquid.

5

Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until liquid sets.

6

In the meantime make frosting by whisking all of the ingredients until smooth.

7

Once cinnamon rolls are done baking, allow to cool for 5 minutes before either inverting them onto a platter or frosting them directly on top and serving warm.
