Let's make Toufayan's ultimate chorizo flatbread pizza! A super simple and delicious breakfast or snack to kick off a great day!

Chorizo Breakfast Pizza
Yields1 Serving
 1 Toufayan Bakeries flat bread
 ½ cup Raw ground chorizo or sausage of your choice
 ¼ cup Shredded Mexican-style cheese
 Sliced pickled or raw jalapeño peppers
 1 Large egg
 12 tbsp Jarred salsa of your choice
 Salt/pepper to taste
 Chopped fresh cilantro as garnish
Method

Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Use a fork to spread raw chorizo on top of the flatbread and bake on your baking sheet, putting it in the oven until the chorizo is cooked, about 7-9 minutes or more. This depends on the strength of your oven.

Sprinkle cheese, jalapeño peppers and salsa throughout flat bread and crack an egg in the center. Season with salt and pepper and place back into oven until egg is cooked to your liking, about 5-12 minutes.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro and cut into 4 equal wedges before serving.
