Air Fryer Cinnamon Chips with Fruit Salsa

Cut pita rounds into 8 pieces and separate each piece and place in a medium bowl. Drizzle with butter and cinnamon and toss until evenly combined.
Place pita chips in air fryer at 400F and cook until golden brown, making sure they don’t burn, about 6-8 minutes.
In the meantime make fruit salsa by whisking jam with lemon juice. Place chopped ingredients in a bowl and gently fold in jam mixture.
Allow cinnamon chips to cool and serve with fruit salsa.
