      Hi Lana,
      It is the gluten that gives bread its texture and flexibility, however, we have found that if you moisten the wraps a little and heat them up, they will roll better without ripping so easily. Separate wraps on a microwave-safe plate using slightly moist paper towels and heat on high for about thirty to forty-five seconds. Prepare your sandwiches with the warm wraps right away. You can reseal unused wraps or heat them up again if they get cool. Instead of a microwave, you can heat them up with a little butter or oil in a large frying pan. As soon as they raise a little in the middle or you see the edges get darker, they are ready to flip.
