Garlic Bread Pita Chips

Pre-heat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pita rounds into 8 pieces and separate each piece and place in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour oil on pita slices.
Mix with your hand until fully combined.
Disperse pita wedges evenly on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until
golden brown. Allow to cool down before sprinkling with more grated parmesan and
serving.
