How do you open a pita pocket? Just bought and had trouble opening withou tearing. Secret?

Our Smart Pockets™ come pre-cut, to make it easier to fill them with your favorite ingredients! If you are using regular pita, try heating them up in the microwave before stuffing. Place pitas on a microwave-safe plate with slightly damp paper towels between each one and cook on high for about 30 seconds to one minute (or until warm throughout). The moisture from the paper towels should help to increase pliability. That should do the trick!
