Can I store in the pantry or should I refrigerate?
You can store our Hearth Baked Flat Bread in the pantry, or freeze sealed packages before the best by date and store frozen for up to eight months. In the pantry we recommend that you store away from heat sources (like the top of the fridge) and out of direct sunlight. Ensure a tight seal on your package, with as little air inside as possible to maintain freshness. Let us know if you have any other questions or comments.
Other brands include heating instructions on their Naan breads. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to find out how to heat them in the oven. Do you sprinkle water on the bread first, what temperature an how long? Toaster ovens also have temperature settings; broil, bake or toast. Help the consumer enjoy your product. I’ve bypassed this brand many times due to no instructions on how to prepare.
Thank you
Thanks for your feedback Tracey. We will definitely share your it with our team.
Our Naan bread is so versatile and there’s so many awesome ways you can heat and enjoy them. Some people love to eat it as is, right out of the bag. Heating them in a 350° preheated oven or toaster oven on the bake setting for about 5 minutes or until warm is another popular way to use them.
You can also heat them up in a skillet or griddle with or without butter. In skillet prep, you can warm just on the bottom until the top is warm to the touch or heat on both sides (the bubbles may flatten out a bit if you heat both sides). Our Naan can also be used to make delicious panini on a panini press. You can cut them into toast sized pieces and pop them in a toaster, but the bubbles may get a little crispy. Or, microwave for about 15 seconds or until just warm. Once warm you can also enjoy them as is or experiment with adding spreads or toppings. We recently baked them and spread on some fresh pesto just after they came out of the oven. Another time we baked them and them cut diagonally into 2″ slivers and dipped them in marinara sauce. Both delicious!
One of the most popular ways to enjoy them is as personal pizza crusts for your favorite pizza toppings. If you use them as pizza crust, just add your toppings and bake at 350° in a preheated oven until the cheese melts to your liking, usually about 6-8 minutes. If you don’t like cheese, 6-8 minutes should still work for any precooked ingredients you use. You can really experiment and have fun with them to make your own family favorites. We’d love to hear what you come up with. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the tip on the oven temperature. My daughter and I make mini pizzas once a week and the flatbread works perfect!

I don’t see how to prepare your flatbread on your web. I just want to use it to accompany soup or salad. Warm? Toast?
Hello Georgiana and thank you for your interest. We suggest heating our Flatbreads in the toaster oven for 3-4 minutes or until desired. If you’re looking for new ways to enjoy our Flatbreads, here are some great recipes for you to try out!
