 1 Toufayan Keto Flatbread
 ¼ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
 2 Cooked sausage links (approximately 2 oz), cut into pieces
 ¼ cup Thinly sliced red bell pepper
 1 Large egg
 1 tbsp Fresh chives
 Salt/pepper to taste
Method

Preheat oven setting to broil.

On a foil lined baking sheet, place Toufayan Keto Flat Bread and top with mozzarella cheese; add sausage pieces and bell pepper.

Crack egg in the center of the flat bread and broil approximately 5-8 minutes or until egg is to desired firmness.

Remove from oven, top with chives.

Salt/pepper and serve immediately.
