Brioche Bun Onion Burger
A delicious juicy burger, on our delectable Brioche Buns! Click here for a video tutorial!

Butter each side of brioche buns, toast on a hot skillet until golden, approximately 3 minutes; set aside
Grill onion slices on each side until caramelized and golden; set aside
Thinly slice iceberg lettuce and set aside
Divide ground beef into four patties; season with salt and pepper and grill 4 minutes on the first side, 3 minutes on the second side for medium rare – longer for more well done
Add slice of cheese and allow to melt slightly
Place burger on bun followed by ketchup if using
Top with onion and lettuce (optional)
Place top of brioche bun on lettuce and enjoy!
