Breakfast Omelet Pita

 1 Toufayan pita, cut in half
 3 Eggs
 1 tbsp Of your choice: cream, half & half, milk or water
 1 tsp Butter
  cup Frozen broccoli florets (approximate), thawed
 4 Slices of your favorite cheese: Cheddar, Provolone, Colby, Pepper-Jack, etc.
 salt/pepper
Method

Whisk eggs, your choice of milk or water, salt, pepper until well blended; set aside

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat

Add egg mixture and cook, moving egg mixture gently until it begins to set

Place 2 cheese slices on omelet, add broccoli, then the remaining 2 slices of cheese on top

Once the omelet has set and the cheese has begun to melt, fold both sides in towards the middle

Cut omelet in half and place each half into pita

7

Serve immediately
