After pressing tofu, cube it.
Heat olive oil in skillet
Chop onion, add to skillet
Chop tomatoes, add to skillet
Saute 3-5 minutes. Add cubed tofu.
Add remaining ingredients and stir in thoroughly.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to distribute flavor evenly
Serve warm in a pita
