Gluten Free Shrimp Bites

Succulent, fresh, crunchy and unique - these delightful party treats will go quick and leave a lasting impression.

Shrimp Bites on Toufayan Bakeries Gluten Free Pita Chips

 1 cup sour cream
 34 chipotles in adobo (or more if you want them to bite back), finely chopped
 24 small, cooked shrimp, heads and tails removed - chilled or cooled.
 1 bag of Toufayan Gluten Free Chili Lime Pita Chips
 cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Place sour cream in a medium bowl, add chopped chipotles (and their liquid). Stir until well combined, set aside.


Fill each individual pita chip with about ¼ – ½ teaspoon of the dip and place on a serving platter.


Top each chip with one shrimp and a pinch of chopped cilantro (or parsley if desired).


Serve immediately.
