If you have a sweet tooth, or you're in the mood for a savory snack; this dip is for you! Toufayan's Gluten-Free Salted Caramel Pita Chips are the perfect counterpart for this Pumpkin Dip, courtesy of smithbites.com. Your taste buds would hug you if they could.

  • Yields: 1 Serving


2 Tablespoons almond butter

6 Tablespoons canned pumpkin (unsweetened)

¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon maple syrup (grade B if possible)

1 small pinch of kosher salt


Warm the almond butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds so that it is soft and spreadable

Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well blended

Serve with Gluten-Free Salted Caramel Pita Chips – or spread on toast, bagels, pancakes or waffles
