2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Combine in a bowl until well blended.
Serve with Toufayan Feta & Olive Pita chips.
Enjoy with a variety of Toufayan Pitas and Pita Chips.
