 Thinly sliced purple onion
 Fresh dill for garnish

 0.25 of a banana, thinly sliced
 Pinch of chia seeds
 Pinch of kosher salt

 0.50 small avocado, smashed
 2 tbsp feta cheese
 Pinch of crushed red pepper
 Pinch of dried thyme (can use fresh as well)
