Heating Instructions
Gluten free breads and wraps are more flexible when warm. Heat adds pliability and enhances the flavor. Microwave: On a microwave-safe plate, layer the wraps between moist paper towels and heat on high for 20-40 seconds (microwaves vary in power). Stovetop: Place a wrap in a heated skillet or pan that is lightly coated with butter or oil. Cook each side for about 30 seconds or until warm throughout.

Is your maltodextrin made from corn or wheat? It is an important question which determines whether your products are truly gluten free We need to know for my daughter
Thanks for your question, Lori. We use maltodextrin that is derived from corn for all of our products, meaning our Gluten Free Wraps are indeed free from gluten. Enjoy!
I can’t find your sweet onion pita in any supermarket recently.

Thanks for your comment. Sweet Onion Pita is still available, and we currently have no plans to discontinue it. You can search for pita near you using our store finder. If your local store doesn’t carry it, please ask them to add it to their inventory. You can also find Sweet Onion Pita on Amazon.
Love your GF wraps. I buy them off the shelf at the store. How long are they fresh after the package is opened, stored either in the fridge or at room temp?
All of our wraps have a 45 day shelf life. We don’t recommend storing wraps in the refrigerator, but if you do, make sure the packages are tightly sealed or unopened (if opened, remove as much air as you can from the package before resealing). While refrigeration can extend the time that bread remains safe to eat, it can cause them to become stale sooner. We recommend a breadbox or something similar, to keep them at room temperature and out of the direct sunlight. A little heat can help soften refrigerated or older breads and unlock flavors (especially Gluten Free wraps). Try heating for just a couple of minutes in the oven or toaster oven on low (250-300°F) – just long enough to make them warm, and they’ll be more pliable. In my house we place them between moist paper towels and microwave them for about 30 seconds.
If you choose to freeze Toufayan Wraps, its important that the packages are tightly sealed or unopened. Once frozen the shelf life is extended for the duration they remain in the freezer, up to eight months. Thaw at room temperature for about 1 to 2 hours.
