2 oz. cream cheese

1 tbsp capers

Thinly sliced purple onion

Fresh dill for garnish

2 tbsp almond butter

1/4 of a banana, thinly sliced

Pinch of chia seeds

Pinch of kosher salt

AVOCADO & FETA BREAKFAST PITA TOAST

1/2 small avocado, smashed

2 tbsp feta cheese

Pinch of crushed red pepper

Pinch of dried thyme (can use fresh as well)

Salt and Pepper to taste
